The Ministry of Education and Science of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, in response to your inquiry regarding "...whether Gochiyayev A.Sh. studied at secondary school No. 3 in the city of Karachayevsk," reports the following data found in the school archive:

• In the final grade sheet of the class register (pp. 48, 49, 50) for the 1st grade of the 1977-1978 academic year, under No. 10, Gochiyayev Mur. is recorded (the name is recorded in abbreviated form), grades for the year: four "3"s, three "4"s;
• In the general information records of the class register for the 7th "b" grade of the 1983-1984 academic year, under No. 8, Gochiyayev Achemez Shagabanovich is recorded, born 28.09.1970, Karachay, mother: Chagilova Totay Azretovna—operator at the city dairy plant, home address: Kurdzhieva St. 14, apt. 39, tel. 44-71, grades for the year: two "3"s, seven "4"s, four "5"s, behavior—"satisfactory," promoted to the 8th grade;
• In the general information records of the class register for the 10th grade (graduating) of the 1986-1987 academic year, under No. 7, Gochiyayev Achemez Shagabanovich is recorded with the same information about him as for the 7th "b" grade, graduation grades: three "3"s, four "4"s, one "5", behavior for the 1st half-year—"unsatisfactory," graduated from school, protocol No. 8 dated 26.06.87 (pedagogical council).
