The Investigator of the Investigation Service of the UFSB of the RF for the city of Moscow and Moscow Region, Captain of Justice Asochakov I.V., having considered the motion of the accused Mylnikov A.V., as well as the materials of criminal case No. 970, -
ESTABLISHED:
- On [...] and May 8, 2002, the accused Mylnikov A.V. filed motions for interrogations as witnesses in this criminal case of NON of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the RF Kirienkov V.M. and a journalist of the newspaper "Komsomolskaya Pravda" U.B., who, as he claims, allegedly knows about the prepared explosions of residential buildings in Moscow.
- The motions filed by the accused Mylnikov A.V. are not subject to satisfaction, since the investigation does not see the relevance of the information indicated in them to the subject of proof in this criminal case.

- To refuse the satisfaction of the motion of the accused Mylnikov A.V.
