Regarding Anatoly Viktorovich Mylnikov

In response to your request, I inform you that Anatoly Viktorovich Mylnikov contacted an employee of the UBNON of the MVD of Russia, V.M. Kirienkov, on 31.08.1999 with information about possible explosions in Moscow; however, he did not provide information about the time, place, or persons planning to carry them out.
The specified information was immediately reported orally and sent in writing to the UFSB for Moscow and the Moscow Region on 03.09.1999. Their further verification was carried out by this unit.
Previously (on 21.08.1999), Anatoly Viktorovich Mylnikov had contacted the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation with similar information.
